Revance Therapeutics, Inc. is a privately held specialty biopharmaceutical company that develops innovative products that will change the way drugs are delivered in dermatology and aesthetic medicine. With our portfolio of unique cosmetic products progressing through development, our vision is to become a leading dermatology company, competing in all the major opportunity areas in the category.

The company has developed TransMTS™, a platform technology which enables topical, needleless, delivery of botulinum toxin and other macromolecules across skin. We also have exclusive rights to a portfolio of highly purified botulinum toxin type A (BoNT-A) proteins for use across all dose forms for all indications worldwide.

We are using the TransMTS platform to develop our lead investigational product (RT001), a physician-applied topical BoNT-A product for cosmetic, hyperhidrosis and dermatologic indications. Also in development is a next-generation injectable BoNT-A product. The objective of this proprietary product is to improve the onset of action, increase the duration of action, and eliminate the need for human and animal components in the formulation.

TransMTS is a broad technology platform with applications well beyond the initial products; our pipeline includes research programs in hyperpigmentation and acne and we are pursuing licensing opportunities for applications outside dermatology and aesthetic medicine.
